      How does a member cancel their subscription?

      FAQ - looking to cancel your subscription

      To cancel a trial or membership, members must log this in the app. 

      To cancel your subscription, you can do it directly through our app by following these steps:

      1. Open the "HOME" tab in the app.

      2. Tap on an upcoming session.

      3. Tap "Edit session."

      4. Tap "Cancel subscription."

      5. Enter a reason for cancelling and tap "Cancel subscription."

      You will receive a confirmation email after this has been actioned.

      If you cannot access your app to cancel your subscription this way, please email the customer support email support@brawn.co.uk
