How to log your weights in a SGT session

As a member, this is how you will log and track your weights in the session

We advise that members take ownership of tracking their progress in the sessions, this allows to learn progressive overload training, see progress over time & challenge themselves to push more. This will help you to visually see your progress and milestones across your weeks with BRAWN.

If you don't know what you did last week, how do you know what to aim for.

Sessions are to be logged in the session or just after - your Trainer will show you how to do this in the session.

Please make sure as a member you have the latest version of the app downloaded and ready to go ahead of your session.
