The structure of the Brawn sessions means its perfect for those who need extra support in their strength training. You will receive the support and guidance from a Brawn trainer, gain the skills to be able to push yourself week on week.
The model means that Brawn is suitable for those who are complete beginner or those who have been training a little longer. We use the progresie overload method & our app feature allows for members to track and see their progress over time.
Small group training has more of a community and supportive feel, meaning members can make more progress than training alone.
