What is BRAWN & how can it benefit you
Brawn small group PT sessions last one hour, are capped at 6 members, and consist of the following structure: Members follow a training plan that’s split into 4-week blocks, and each block focuses on a new set of lifts. Members track their progress by recording the weights they lifted in each session in the Brawn app.
Members are encouraged to keep progressing each session, both with you guidance and recommendations in the app. Brawn also equips members with videos of the lifts, motivational support check-ins, and goal-setting.
